• Grade 12
• 2
  -3 years Internal Sales experience
• Reasonable knowledge of all products sold by G. Fox
• Computer literacy is a must on:
  Excel, Word, Outlook and Syspro

• Self-motivated and well presented.
• Intelligent and committed individual.
• A team player who works well with others
• Be able to work under pressure and overall goal driven.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Answer incoming customer calls on Ocular.
• Answer incoming emails on Ocular.
• Process customer quotations.
• Process customer purchase orders.
• Address customer queries.
• Address walk in customers.
• Communicate with the accounts dept with regards to customer account queries
• Communicate with dispatch with regards to customer special requests for delivery
• Communicate with embroidery with regards to customer branded orders
• Communicate with the buying dept with regards to customer special buy-out orders
• Ensure that all quotes and purchase orders are processed within the specified times.
• Ensure that all relevant paperwork is submitted.
