About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Automotive Sales Manager to lead their sales team in Benoni . This key leadership position requires a proven track record in sales, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of the automotive market. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing sales staff, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Lead, motivate, train, and manage the sales team to optimize their performance and productivity.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
- Manage inventory levels and vehicle pricing to maximize profitability.
- Oversee customer financing and insurance (F&I) operations to ensure compliance and profitability.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales , with at least 2 years in a sales management or supervisory role.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managing a sales team.
- Strong understanding of vehicle sales processes, financing, and insurance regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and CRM software.
- A passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
