• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets for fertilizers and crop protection products.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with farmers, cooperatives, and agricultural businesses.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions, providing technical advice and support.
• Conduct product demonstrations and field visits to showcase product benefits and efficacy.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports.

• Proven track record in agricultural sales, preferably with fertilizers and crop protection chemicals.
• Strong understanding of crop science, agronomy, and agricultural practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
• A relevant degree or diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, or Marketing is advantageous.
