About the Role

Our client is seeking a results-driven Hotel Sales and Marketing Manager to spearhead sales efforts and marketing initiatives for a prominent hotel in Klerksdorp. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to drive revenue, build strong client relationships, and develop innovative marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for achieving occupancy and revenue targets, managing the sales team, and enhancing the hotel's brand presence in the market.

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Manage and motivate the sales team, setting targets and monitoring performance.

• Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, advertising, and public relations.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success.
