centers, daycares, and creches in local communities to help them upgrade their operations.

We offer a  Business in a Box  solution that provides ECD owners with modern, digital admin

systems, structured foundation-phase curricula, and practitioner training. We empower local

centers to run like premium educational institutions, ensuring our children get the best possible

start in life.

We are looking for highly motivated, energetic, and resilient Field Outreach Consultants to be

the face of API on the ground.

As a consultant, you will be a lead generator and community relationship builder. Your goal is to

map out your local territory, walk into ECD centers, deliver our powerful B2B pitch to the center

owners, and log their details into our digital portal. You don't have to close the deal, our

internal sales team handles the final contracts! You hunt, we close, you get paid.

This role is 100% commission-based and offers flexible hours, making it perfect for

self-starters, experienced field marketers, or community leaders looking for uncapped earning

potential.

• Territory Mapping: Identify and physically locate operating ECD centers within your assigned zones in Ekurhuleni and Sedibeng.
• Cold Outreach: Conduct professional, unannounced site visits to local centers.
• Pitching: Deliver the API value proposition to Center Owners, Principals, or Directors in a clear, persuasive manner.
• Lead Logging: Immediately and accurately capture the prospect's details and your interaction notes into the custom API Consultant Portal using your smartphone.
• Relationship Building: Act as a respectful, professional ambassador for the API brand within the community.

• The Hustler: You are self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with cold outreach and daily field work.
• The Communicator: You are fluent, persuasive, and able to confidently speak to business owners and principals.
• The Tech-Savvy: You can comfortably use web-based portals/apps on your smartphone to log data accurately.
• The Local Expert: You have a good geographical understanding of Ekurhuleni and/or Sedibeng and can navigate the neighborhoods easily.
• Experience: Previous experience in field sales, direct marketing, community organizing, or education is highly advantageous.
