Internal Sales Representative

Location: Alrode, Alberton
Salary: R12 000 – R14 000 per month

Our client supplies sealing solutions for containers, including cap liners, induction seals, lidding films and pre-cut liners. They are looking for an organised Internal Sales Representative who enjoys working with customers and can manage enquiries, quotations and orders accurately.

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email, and help customers identify the products they need.

• Prepare quotations, follow up on outstanding quotes and process customer orders.

• Check pricing, product availability and lead times with the relevant teams.

• Keep customers informed about order progress and delivery dates.

• Maintain accurate customer records and provide general sales administration support.

• Build strong relationships with existing customers through prompt, reliable service.

• Previous internal sales, sales administration or customer service experience.

• Experience in packaging, manufacturing or industrial products would be an advantage.

• Strong written and spoken communication skills.

• Good computer skills and confidence working with quotations, orders and spreadsheets.

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage several enquiries at once.
