Internal Sales Representative MID

Location: Nelspruit
Salary: R15 000 – R20 000 basic (plus commission)
Overview:Our client, a well‑established player in the technical/refrigeration industry, is seeking a confident and customer‑focused Internal Sales Representative to join their Nelspruit branch.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting walk‑in and telephonic customers, promoting product ranges, and supporting overall branch sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist walk‑in and call‑in customers by accurately identifying their product needs
- Promote and sell products to customers
- Educate customers on product range, services, and warranties
- Support overall branch sales and customer service delivery
- Monitor and analyse market trends to stay competitive
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high service standards
- Matric (Non‑negotiable)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a technical or sales‑related environment (refrigeration preferred)
- Refrigeration product knowledge (advantageous)
- Strong technical industry knowledge with existing networks (advantageous)
- Basic business and commercial understanding
- Hands‑on technical ability
- Strong customer service orientation
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Planning and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong initiative and ambition
- Analytical thinking and problem‑solving ability
- Persistence and persuasion skills
- High level of social confidence
