• Process applications and ensure all required documentation is accurately completed.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and product knowledge development sessions.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification; relevant tertiary education is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help clients.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
