• Manage and develop key retail accounts including Makro, Game and Amazon.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Assist with sales forecasting, demand planning, and stock management.
• Coordinate promotions, pricing updates, and other retail activities.
• Support the management of the Amazon account.
• Prepare regular account performance reports.
• Resolve customer queries and account-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records and account information.
