Catering Account Manager

Our client is seeking a dedicated and client-focused Catering Account Manager to foster and grow relationships with key corporate clients in Nelspruit . This role is central to ensuring client satisfaction and driving repeat business by providing exceptional service and tailored catering solutions. You will be the primary point of contact, managing client needs from initial inquiry through to event execution and follow-up.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of corporate clients.

• Oversee the entire catering process for assigned accounts, ensuring seamless execution from planning to delivery.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.

• Proven experience in account management, sales, or client relations, preferably in catering or hospitality.
