Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Battery Fitment Salesman to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing professional battery fitment services

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Sales certificate or related qualification advantageous
• 1-3 years' retail sales experience
• Battery fitment experience essential
• Computer literate
• Good communication and customer service skills

• Assist walk-in customers with battery and related product sales
• Perform battery testing, replacement and fitment
• Provide product recommendations and technical advice to customers
• Process sales, quotations and customer transactions accurately
• Promote current specials and new products
• Assist with stock control, stock rotation and replenishment
• Ensure shelves and displays are neat and well-stocked
• Handle customer queries, returns and claims professionally
• Maintain excellent customer service standards
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards
