External Sales Consultant - Ballito

The External Sales Consultant – Ballito is a full-time, on-site role based in Ballito. This role is responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing customer relationships within the ceilings and partitions market. Daily activities include visiting customers, understanding their technical and product needs, presenting solutions, preparing quotations, and following up to close sales. The consultant will provide product guidance, support customers with order processes, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high service standards.

The role also involves monitoring market trends, gathering customer feedback, and contributing to sales targets and growth objectives.

• Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and propose appropriate product solutions.
• Demonstrated focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, ensuring professional, responsive, and reliable support.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively at different levels in the customer organization.
• Previous experience in external or field sales, ideally within construction, building materials, or ceilings and partitions.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage a sales pipeline.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites in the Ballito region and surrounding areas.
• Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently on-site.
• Relevant qualification in sales, business, or a technical field related to building materials is advantageous.
