Location: Benoni
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, digital outreach, and referral channels. - Client Engagement:
Conduct engaging product presentations, pitch value propositions, and tailor solutions to individual client needs. - Negotiation & Closing:
Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service agreements to close sales and meet or exceed monthly/annual quotas. - Account Management:
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and uncover upsell opportunities. - CRM & Reporting:
Log daily activities, track sales pipelines, and submit regular forecast reports using company CRM software. - Market Monitoring:
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
- Education:
High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is preferred. - Experience:
Proven track record in sales, customer service, or a target-driven commercial environment. - Communication
Skills:
Exceptional verbal, written, and active-listening skills to articulate complex ideas simply. - Technical Literacy:
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot), Microsoft Office Suite, and digital sales tools. - Mindset:
High resilience, persuasion, time-management abilities, and a strong drive to hit performance targets.
