• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate sector in Mpumalanga and surrounding regions .
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company growth targets.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, investors, government bodies, and industry partners.
• Analyze market dynamics, competitor activities, and emerging trends to identify strategic advantages.
• Prepare and present detailed business proposals and pitches to potential clients and partners.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements and contracts to secure new business ventures.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, legal) to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
• An MBA is advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or a related role within the real estate industry.
• Proven ability to identify, develop, and close significant business deals.
• Excellent understanding of the real estate market dynamics, particularly within Mpumalanga province .
• Exceptional networking, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
