Customer Account Manager

• Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, acting as the main point of contact.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as an Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager, or similar role.
• Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and achieving growth targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to understand complex client needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
