We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a security site in Germiston. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing security personnel, maintaining client relationships, ensuring compliance with operational procedures, and driving service excellence across the site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the site and ensure contractual requirements are met.
  • Supervise security officers, supervisors, and support staff.
  • Conduct site inspections, patrol audits, and risk assessments.
  • Oversee access control, guarding operations, CCTV monitoring, and incident management.
  • Manage staff rosters, attendance, leave, discipline, and performance.
  • Investigate incidents, security breaches, and operational non-conformances.
  • Compile and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • Liaise with clients and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, site requirements, and PSIRA regulations.
  • Coordinate emergency responses and after-hours operational matters when required.
  • Manage site equipment, radios, vehicles, uniforms, and security assets.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of security personnel.
  • Monitor operational costs, overtime, and site efficiency.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Security Operations, Security Management, Site Management, or a similar role.
  • PSIRA Registration.
  • Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
  • Proven experience managing security personnel and site operations.
  • Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV systems, guarding operations, and incident management.
  • Experience conducting investigations, disciplinary processes, and risk assessments.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Computer literate with strong reporting and administrative abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to operational challenges.
Preferred Experience
  • Industrial, logistics, commercial, retail, estate, or high-risk security environments.
  • Armed response and tactical operations exposure.
  • Experience managing large teams and multiple operational functions.
