About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and compassionate Social Work Case Manager to join their dedicated team in Klerksdorp . - Conduct thorough assessments of clients' social, economic, and emotional needs.
- Develop and implement individualized case plans, setting clear goals and objectives.

- Monitor client progress, document interventions, and adjust case plans as necessary.

- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a relevant field.
- Registered with the South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in case management or social work practice.
- Demonstrated ability in client assessment, intervention planning, and counseling.
- Knowledge of local social services and resources within the Klerksdorp area.
- Excellent report writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
