Family Support & Child Development Consultant

Our client is seeking a highly qualified and empathetic Family Support & Child Development Consultant to join their community-focused organization in Benoni, Gauteng . • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Child Development, Counseling, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working directly with families and children in a support or consultancy capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of child development stages, family systems theory, and therapeutic interventions.
• Excellent assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention skills.
• Strong understanding of community resources and social service systems in Benoni, Gauteng .
• Exceptional communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse populations.
• Proficiency in case management and documentation.
• Professional registration with a relevant body (e.g., SACSSP, HPCSA) is required.
