Frontend Engineer (Angular | UX-Focused)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Frontend Engineer who is passionate about building high-quality, pixel-perfect user interfaces and taking full ownership of solutions from concept to production.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced Agile environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and takes pride in delivering scalable, maintainable, and user-centric applications. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to system design decisions, and play a key role in delivering polished, enterprise-grade solutions.

• Strong frontend development experience with Angular, Type Script, HTML, CSS - NON-NEGOTIABLE
• Ability to deliver pixel-perfect, high-quality UI implementations
• Proven experience writing clean, reusable, scalable, and maintainable code
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to work autonomously end-to-end
• Experience with testing frameworks (Karma, Jasmine)
• Familiarity with Git, Git Hub, workflows, Docker
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile working environments
• Understanding of integration across systems and technologies
• Strong ability in requirements gathering, analysis, and simplification
• Experience in planning, monitoring, and risk identification

• Rapidly experiment with multiple solution approaches to solve business challenges
• Develop pixel-perfect, responsive user interfaces with exceptional attention to detail
• Build reusable components and scalable frontend logic
• Ensure all code is readable, maintainable, and easily transferable to other developers
• Continuously refine UI behaviour to deliver an excellent user experience
• Analyse and validate business and user requirements before implementation
• Propose, evaluate, and present system design solutions and alternatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and product teams
• Deliver solutions aligned with quality, governance, and delivery standards
• Execute full software development lifecycle activities, including:
  • Technical documentation (ISO standards)
  • User manuals and training
  • System testing, QA, and implementation
  • System audits and continuous improvement
  • Maintain and enhance existing systems with a focus on stability and performance
  • Manage and resolve maintenance requests in collaboration with business users
  • Ensure proper documentation, testing, and user sign-off for all changes

• Interest in or exposure to full-stack development (mentorship available)
• Experience with Postgre
  
  SQL, Maven, X-Ray
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong business acumen and solution-driven mindset
• Experience working in cross-functional or distributed teams

• Relevant IT degree, diploma, or certification
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in frontend or web application development
