Senior Software Engineer - Backend‑Focused Enterprise Platforms

This role is for engineers who lead through code, design through experience, and deliver at scale.

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer with a strong backend focus to design, develop, and evolve enterprise‑grade full‑stack solutions. You’ll be a key technical contributor, working closely with product owners, architects, and engineers to build secure, high‑performance systems that integrate across complex enterprise landscapes.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend‑centric full‑stack solutions
• Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, security, and maintainability
• Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and engineering peers
• Support integration across multiple enterprise systems and platforms
• Contribute to technical solution design, architecture discussions, and documentation
• Participate in design and code reviews, upholding best practices
• Act as a senior technical contributor, coaching and supporting team members where required

• Senior full‑stack engineering capability, with a primary backend focus
• Strong experience with enterprise backend technologies (Java, Spring Boot, APIs, integrations)
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, data persistence, and performance optimisation
• Working exposure to Angular and Type Script to support end‑to‑end delivery
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
• Strong collaboration skills across business, architecture, and engineering teams
• Experience delivering in Agile environments
• Work within Agile (AWM) delivery models, contributing to team planning and execution

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or equivalent practical experience
• 6+ years professional experience in enterprise software development
• Demonstrated delivery at senior or advanced level within complex IT environments
