SAP ABAP Full Stack Developer (MDG / S/4

HANA) – Mid-Level

We are looking for a driven and technically strong SAP ABAP Full Stack Developer who thrives in an Agile environment and is passionate about building and enhancing SAP Master Data solutions. The ideal candidate is someone who can bridge both technical development and functional understanding, contribute to modern SAP landscapes (S/4

HANA), and play a key role in Master Data Governance (MDG) initiative, including cloud migration and automation.
This role suits a proactive problem-solver who enjoys working across backend and frontend, is comfortable with testing and operations, and is eager to grow within a dynamic, collaborative team.

• 2–5 years’ experience in SAP ABAP Development (including ABAP Objects)
• 2–5 years’ experience with IDOC and/or OData integrations
• Strong understanding of full-stack SAP development principles
• Experience working in Agile environments

• Design, develop, and enhance SAP Master Data functionalities in S/4
  
  HANA or ECC (backend & frontend)
• Refine and break down business requirements into epics and user stories
• Enhance, support, and maintain SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) solutions
• Contribute to SAP RISE migration initiatives
• Perform automated testing (ABAP Unit, Tosca, E2E testing)
• Conduct manual and functional testing (own developments and broader test scenarios)
• Provide 3rd level support / problem management

• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA and/or HANA
• Familiarity with SAP UI5
• Exposure to SAP Master Data Governance (MDG)
• Knowledge of cloud integrations with S/4 systems
• Basic understanding of streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka)
• Experience using JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools
• Willingness to work flexible hours when required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 2–5 years’ experience as an SAP ABAP Full Stack Developer
• SAP ABAP Certification (beneficial)
