- 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years focused on automotive software.
- Demonstrated experience in leading software development teams and managing projects.
- Expertise in C/C++, Python, or other relevant programming languages for embedded systems.
- Deep understanding of automotive software development life cycles, AUTOSAR, and related standards.
