• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust backend services and applications using Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, architects, and other engineers, to define software requirements and technical designs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability through thoughtful design and implementation.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional software development experience using Java.
• Strong expertise in Java, including core Java concepts and popular frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate.
• Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and SQL.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with build tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
