Boat Mover​/Marine Service Support; CDL Class A

This is a hands-on marine service role with CDL responsibilities, not a full-time driving position. We are looking for someone who enjoys working on and around boats, supporting retail service operations, and contributing to billable marine work. Boat transport is a seasonal responsibility; retail service work is consistent year-round.

• Supporting retail marine service work such as boat washing, waxing, detailing, bottom painting, surface prep, and assisting service teams
• Supporting yard and service operations as needed
• Safely transporting boats between Irish Boat Shop locations, marinas, and customer sites when required
• Operating trucks and trailers in compliance with CDL and DOT regulations
• Performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections and securing loads properly

• Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record
• Interest in hands-on marine service and retail work
• Experience operating trucks and trailers preferred
• Ability to maneuver oversized loads safely
• Knowledge of DOT safety requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work
• Availability for weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This position is subject to DOT drug and alcohol testing, including participation in a random testing program.
