Our client who manufactures plastics products supplying to household, commercial, and industrial waste management, is seeking a Material Control Administrator.

Responsibilities

Prepare and generate invoices to Customers from Delivery Plan
Maintain delivery plan with scheduled delivery dates
Plan and schedule daily deliveries between customer request and available transport
Arrange transport with approved vendors daily
Follow up on PODs from Transporters and capture of PODs in Syspro
Maintain and Manage the CHEP pallet account
Perform inter-branch transfer transactions and manage Good in Transit Account
Follow up on discrepancies between shipping logs and invoice registers
Capture stock takes for warehouses
Assist with capturing of orders on Syspro
Prepare load control documents and arrange picking of stock
Perform any other reasonable tasks as assigned by direct manager
Review and compare transporter invoice to agreed rate schedules
Debrief PODs to check for any discrepancies after deliveries.

Requirements

Matric
Any additional logistical qualification will be an advantage
2 – 3 years invoicing and logistics experience in FMCG markets
Must have CHEP Pallet transfer and reconciliation experience
Syspro experience
