Key Responsibilities
Supervise drivers, warehouse staff, dispatch and forklift operators
Coordinate daily transport and warehouse activities
Ensure vehicles are dispatched and deliveries are completed on time
Monitor vehicle loading, routes and fleet availability
Manage receiving, storage, picking and dispatch
Handle customer delivery queries and complaints
Ensure health & safety and operational compliance
Monitor operational KPIs and improve productivity
