A career opportunity exists at INSIMBI FREIGHT (division of REINHARDT TRANSPORT GROUP) NIGEL for the position of:

FLEET CONTROLLER

Job Summary

Oversee all aspects of fleet management (productivity, wages, fuel consumption, route planning, etc.)
Assign and ensure execution of tasks to drivers, trucks and different Subcontractors.
Track orders and deliveries
Constant monitoring of driver and vehicle performance and efficiency & find ways to improve productivity.
Co-ordinate vehicle maintenance to ensure the fleet is maintained, including scheduling of services and COF inspections for vehicles to remain in safe and roadworthy condition.
Become competent and proficient in the TMS system.
Route Planning
Client Liaison

Requirement

Matric
Good Communication Skills
Computer literate
Excel (compulsory)
Experience in fleet management (controller) will be an advantage
Experience in Subcontractor Management will be an advantage
Own Transport
Sober habits

Willing to work long hours, public holidays, and weekends

Remuneration

Competitive salary - Minimum R156 000 per annum to be discussed during the interview
