Debriefer (Returns Specialist) - Urgently required

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent at communication? We are seeking a Debriefer to manage our crucial end-of-day returns process. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for delivery drivers when they return to the warehouse. Your main focus is to interview drivers about their routes, audit undelivered or returned parcels, and update our system accurately.

• Excellent Communication:
  Strong interpersonal skills to confidently gather information from drivers and resolve route discrepancies.
• Sharp Eye for Detail:
  Exceptional accuracy when checking tracking numbers, labels, and system logs.
• Tech-Savvy:
  Proficiency with handheld scanners, logistics tracking software, and basic computer systems.

  Ability to investigate why a delivery failed and ensure data matches physical inventory.
• Shift Flexibility:
  Comfort working afternoon, evening, or night shifts, as debriefing happens when drivers finish their routes.
• Previous experience in courier operations, returns processing, or warehouse administration.
• Clear criminal record
• Valid driver's lisence
