- Excellent time management and ability to handle last-minute changes under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong numeracy
- Recognised qualification advantageous
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Lodge management experience beneficial
Core Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and book flights, road transfers, and occasional accommodation for guests, ensuring best routing, pricing, and timing
- Arrange airport pickups, drop-offs, and inter-property transfers, liaising directly with drivers and transport companies
- Confirm all bookings in writing and maintain accurate, up-to-date travel itineraries
- Communicate itinerary details clearly to guests, drivers, hosts, and internal teams ahead of arrival
- Coordinate special requests such as dietary needs in transit, mobility assistance, and private transfers
- Monitor flight schedules for delays or changes and rebook or adjust transfers accordingly
- Provide after-hours escalation support for urgent travel issues according to a roster
