Minimum requirements:

Qualified with a valid Trade Certificate from a recognised and accredited institution (essential)
Relevant management or supervisory qualification will be advantageous
Valid Code 14 Driver's Licence will be advantageous
Computer literacy with experience using fleet maintenance and workshop management systems
Minimum of 8 years' experience in heavy vehicle maintenance and repair
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Workshop Supervisor, Foreman, or Workshop Manager role
Proven experience managing workshops within the logistics, transport, or fleet environment
Extensive experience in the maintenance of refrigerated trailers, with specific experience working on Carrier and Thermo King units, together with strong leadership, planning and operational management skills.
