About the Role

Our client is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Ground Operations Agents to manage airport operations in Vereeniging . This dynamic role involves ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of all passenger and baggage services, coordinating with flight crews, and maintaining safety standards on the tarmac. You will be the face of our airline for many customers, providing exceptional service from check-in to boarding.

This position is essential for upholding the operational integrity and passenger experience at our airport hub in Gauteng .

• Assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures.
• Provide information and support to passengers regarding flight details and airport services.
• Coordinate with flight crew, baggage handlers, and other ground staff to ensure timely aircraft turnaround.
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations and security procedures on the ramp and terminal.
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and manage disruptions effectively.
• Process flight documentation and communicate operational updates as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in aviation or hospitality is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, airline operations, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting baggage.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
