• Coordinate the scheduling and execution of inbound and outbound transportation activities.
• Liaise with carriers to book freight, negotiate rates, and resolve any service issues.

• Maintain accurate transportation records, including bills of lading, invoices, and delivery confirmations.
• Assist in the analysis of transportation costs and identify opportunities for efficiency gains.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and company policies.

• 1-3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with transportation modes, carrier operations, and basic logistics principles.
• Proficiency in using transportation management systems (TMS) or similar software.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
