About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and organized Catering Equipment and Logistics Manager to manage all aspects of their catering equipment, inventory, and delivery logistics in Nelspruit . This critical role ensures that all necessary equipment is available, maintained, and delivered to events efficiently and safely. You will oversee inventory management systems, coordinate with the operations team, and manage a fleet of vehicles to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.

• Manage the inventory, maintenance, and repair of all catering equipment, including vehicles.
• Develop and implement efficient logistics plans for the delivery and retrieval of equipment to event sites.
• Oversee stock levels and ensure adequate supplies are available for all scheduled events.
• Coordinate with the operations and culinary teams to meet equipment and logistical requirements.
