- Deliver packages to residential and business addresses within the Benoni area.
- Plan and follow efficient daily delivery routes using navigation tools.
- Ensure safe operation of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Handle packages with care, ensuring they reach customers in good condition.
- Obtain proof of delivery through signatures or other required methods.
- Communicate with the dispatch team regarding delivery progress and any issues.
- Maintain the cleanliness and basic maintenance checks of the delivery van.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries.
- Valid South African driver's license (Code B or EB).
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a driving or delivery role.
- Familiarity with the streets and neighborhoods of Benoni .
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift and carry packages of various sizes and weights.
