Stock Controller

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Stock Controller to manage and maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple warehouses while ensuring compliance with SHEQ and quality standards.

Location: Burgersdorp
Reports to: Warehouse Controller

• Plan and conduct stocktakes and cycle counts
• Monitor, record and reconcile all stock movements
• Investigate and report stock discrepancies
• Ensure FIFO principles are applied
• Track expired and expiring stock and manage quarantine transfers
• Perform bin transfers and bin maintenance
• Prepare inventory reports for management
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Maintain high safety, health, environmental and quality standards
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends when required

• Grade 12 (Diploma in Supply Chain/Inventory Management advantageous)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a stock control environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of SHEQ and Process Safety Management
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Forklift licence advantageous (or willingness to obtain)
• Accuracy and planning skills

• Strong communication and teamwork
• High work ethic and accountability
