Receiving Clerk

Position:
Receiving Clerk

40 hours per week.

• Receive and process incoming shipments of products and materials.
• Verify accuracy of shipments by comparing received items to purchase orders and/or invoices.
• Inspect and report any damages or discrepancies to the appropriate parties.
• Label and stock received items in designated storage areas.
• Keep accurate records of received and shipped items.
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve any issues with shipments.
• Maintain a clean and organized receiving area.
• Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures while handling and storing incoming shipments.
• Other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Receiving Clerk or in a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Familiarity with warehouse procedures and equipment (e.g. forklift, pallet jack).
• Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends.
