Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and stock control.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock takes, and FIFO stock rotation.
- Supervise loading, unloading, and distribution activities to meet customer delivery requirements.
- Lead and support warehouse staff to achieve operational targets and productivity standards.
- Maintain warehouse housekeeping, equipment, and storage standards.
- Ensure compliance with SHEQ, food safety, and company procedures.
- Monitor warehouse performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Diploma in Warehousing or Logistics (advantageous)
- Cold storage experience (advantageous)
- Minimum 3 years warehouse experience within a food/FMCG environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and warehouse systems.
- Leadership, inventory control, and problem-solving skills.
