Inventory Clerk (Part-Time – 3 Days per Week)

Location: Kempton Park

Department: Stores / Inventory / Supply Chain

Working Hours: 3 days per week

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to manage and support inventory control activities on a part-time basis
. The role ensures accurate stock records, efficient stock movement, and compliance with inventory procedures.

• Capture, update, and maintain accurate inventory records

• Perform stock counts and assist with cycle counts and reconciliations

• Receive, issue, and record stock movements

• Investigate and report stock variances

• Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures

• Maintain orderly storage areas and documentation

• Liaise with procurement and operations as required

• Grade 12 (Matric)

• Previous experience in inventory, stores, or stock control (advantageous)

• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel or inventory systems)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Reliable and punctual

• Honest with a high level of integrity

• Ability to work independently

• Good communication skills
