Dispatch and Receiving Clerk

Introduction

An established international manufacturing company seeking a Receiving and Dispatch Clerk to join its operations team in Sasolburg.

• Receive and inspect incoming goods.
• Prepare and dispatch customer orders accurately and timeously.
• Capture stock movements and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with stock control and inventory management.
• Ensure receiving and dispatch documentation is completed correctly.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Ideally 6 months+ working experience.
• Computer literate, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Willing to work overtime when operationally required.

• Valid forklift licence.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, receiving or dispatch environment.

• Reliable and dependable.
• Well organised with a high level of accuracy.
• A fast learner who takes initiative.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Committed to delivering quality work in a fast-paced environment.

R8,000 – R10,000 per month, depending on background and experience.
