Supply Chain & Warehouse Controller A well-established company is seeking a reliable and hands-on Supply Chain & Warehouse Controller to join its operations team. This role is suited to an individual who enjoys working in a warehouse environment and has experience in stock control, dispatch, and access control. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the efficient movement of stock while maintaining security and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily stock control and inventory accuracy.
• Prepare, verify, and dispatch orders according to company procedures.
• Receive incoming stock and ensure accurate record keeping.
• Monitor the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse.
• Control access at the warehouse entrance and maintain visitor records.
• Conduct security checks, including searching employees and visitors when required in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure only authorised personnel enter and exit the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory audits.
• Work closely with the warehouse and operations teams to ensure efficient daily operations.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a warehouse, supply chain, dispatch, stock control, or similar role.
• Experience with inventory management and dispatch processes.
• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• Good understanding of warehouse procedures and stock movement.
• Able to work shifts or overtime when required.
• Valid driver's licence will be advantageous.
