REQUIREMENT:
- RSA legal residence essential
- Previous stock control or stores experience
- Hospitality or lodge experience advantageous
- Strong numerical and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Experience with stock takes, receiving, issuing, and reconciliations
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Receive and check all deliveries
- Maintain accurate stock records
- Conduct regular stock takes and reconciliations
- Issue stock to the relevant departments
- Monitor stock levels and identify shortages or discrepancies
- Maintain an organised and secure stores area
- Assist with ordering and procurement
- Control wastage and ensure correct stock rotation
- Maintain accurate invoices and supporting documentation
- Support the General Manager with stock reporting and administration
- Salary Negotiable (DOE)
- Live-in accommodation provided
