Our client in Boksburg in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Junior Inventory Controller / Inventory Clerk to join them.

Minimum requirements:

Minimum Matric / Grade 12 (Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous)
Minimum 3 years experience in an inventory control role within a manufacturing industry (A Must/not negotiable)
MUST have experience working on Evolution Accounting System
Basic understanding of Bill of Materials (BOMs)
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
Good understanding of stock control procedures and documentation
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Receive, count and verify incoming stock against delivery notes and invoices
Maintain accurate stock records on Evolution
Record inventory movements accurately in the inventory system
Assist with stock takes and cycle counts
Ensure correct storage, labelling and organization of inventory
Investigate and report stock discrepancies / variances
Issue stock to departments as required and maintain records
Generate inventory reports as required by management
Work closely with Procurement, Warehouse and Operations Teams
