Stores Controller
Nelspruit, Mpumalanga
R 20 000 - R 30 000 CTC Per Month
Our client, a well-established company in the services industry, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Stores Controller to take responsibility for the effective management, control and coordination of stores and warehouse activities.
Minimum requirements:- Grade 12 with Mathematics
- Bachelor's degree in Purchasing and Supply Management, Logistics or a related field
- Qualification in Stores, Material Handling or Material Control will be advantageous
- 3 Years' experience in a progressive stores or warehouse environment
- Valid Code 08 driver's license
- Forklift operating competency will be advantageous
- Sound knowledge of stores procedures and processes
- Basic understanding of quality and process control
- Computer literacy and experience with stock/inventory systems
- Experience with SAP will be advantageous
- Knowledge of inventory control, shipping and receiving principles
- Good understanding of safe procedures when handling heavy objects, tools, materials and equipment
