Warehouse Associate - Night Shift

Our client is looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join their night shift team in Nelspruit. This role is fundamental to ensuring that warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently during overnight hours. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch. This position is ideal for individuals who are energetic, detail-oriented, and comfortable working during nighttime hours, contributing to the critical flow of goods in the supply chain.

• Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately and efficiently.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to established procedures.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and effectively.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining stock accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
• Report any discrepancies or issues to the shift supervisor promptly.

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment operation (training provided for suitable candidates).
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
• Ability to work effectively during the night shift and meet performance targets.
