Warehouse Supervisor - Order Fulfillment

Our client, a rapidly expanding e-commerce logistics provider, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Supervisor with a specialization in Order Fulfillment for their facility in Klerksdorp, North West . This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders, from picking and packing to dispatch. You will lead a dedicated team, optimize workflows, and implement best practices to meet demanding fulfillment targets.

• Supervise and manage daily operations of the order fulfillment team.
• Ensure accurate and timely picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders.
• Monitor team performance and productivity, setting clear goals and providing feedback.
• Implement and enforce operational procedures and safety standards within the fulfillment area.
• Train and develop warehouse staff on best practices for order fulfillment.
• Manage inventory accuracy within the picking and packing zones.
• Identify and resolve operational issues and bottlenecks to ensure smooth workflow.
• Collaborate with other warehouse departments to optimize the overall supply chain process.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Lead, with a strong focus on order fulfillment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent understanding of warehouse operations, particularly in picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is essential.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Residing in or near Klerksdorp, North West is required.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts if needed.
