Our client is looking for a Helpline Administrator to join their team.

Synopsis of duties:

Accurately recording information and service data on the Oasis systems
Reviewing, updating and maintaining existing records to ensure information is complete and up to date.
Following up on missing information and liaising with relevant staff where clarification is required.
Supporting general administrative tasks, including organising information and maintaining electronic records.
Handling confidential and sensitive information appropriately and in line with data protection procedures.
Working accurately, independently and efficiently.
Escalating more complex queries to the appropriate member of staff.

Essential Requirements:

Experienced in administration within the charity sector
Experienced in working in a trauma informed/holistic way
Confident using IT and standard office systems.
Fluent in Urdu, Hindi or Punjabi (desirable but not essential)
Immediately available
