An opportunity has arisen for a permanent Complex Needs and Communication Lead at Southall School.
The successful candidate for this exciting new teaching post will:
Responsibilities- lead on the provision for complex needs pupils within the school
- be responsible for developing the curriculum and opportunities for those pupils
- be required to develop and implement a whole school communication approach
- to be part of the middle leadership team.
The postholder will be paid at mainscale/upper pay scale. They will also receive 1 SEN point (currently £2,787) and a TLR2b (currently £8,011).
