This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Negotiator located in Southall. The Sales Negotiator will be responsible for managing property sales and lettings, networking with clients to identify their needs, managing customer relationships, and negotiating deals to successful outcomes. The role also includes assisting clients, preparing contracts, and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales or lettings process.
Qualifications- Knowledge and experience in Estate Agents and Lettings
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven ability to achieve Sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Prior experience in real estate or property management is a plus
- Proficiency with relevant software and tools related to real estate and sales
