We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Web Developer to design, build, and maintain high-performance websites and web applications. In this role, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams, including designers and marketing specialists, to translate visual layouts into clean, responsive, and functional code.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of front‑end and back‑end web capabilities, focuses heavily on modern web performance, and ensures all digital assets are optimized for technical SEO and web accessibility guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • Build, test, and deploy responsive web pages and applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with design and content marketing teams to ensure seamless user experiences and pixel‑perfect UI/UX execution.
  • Optimize websites for maximum speed, scalability, and technical SEO best practices (e.g., proper header structures, schema markup, and crawlability).
  • Diagnose, debug, and resolve front‑end and back‑end issues to maintain site integrity and security.
  • Implement web accessibility standards to ensure high‑quality compliance across all platforms.
  • Stay updated with evolving web technologies, framework updates, and industry trends.
Requirements
  • Proven professional experience in full‑stack or front‑end web development with a strong portfolio of live web projects.
  • Proficiency in core front‑end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern styling utilities.
  • Experience with frameworks and libraries such as React.js, Next.js, or Angular.
  • Solid understanding of content management systems (CMS) and custom theme development.
  • Working knowledge of website performance optimization, caching mechanisms, and core web vitals.
  • Familiarity with code versioning tools, specifically Git pipelines.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and communication skills to effectively coordinate across departments.

Pay: £50,000.00-£61,665.82 per year
