Responsibilities

As an Audit Senior you will:

Lead the completion of audit fieldwork and execute planned substantive and analytical procedures, primarily at client premises.

Take full responsibility for the planning and completion of audit assignments, ensuring all files contain sufficient documentation.

Prepare statutory financial statements from client data, identifying high-level risk areas for Partner review.

Use a significant degree of professional judgement to highlight matters of concern or complex accounting issues.

Manage the execution and finalisation of audit assignments to ensure they are ready for Manager and Partner sign-off.

Act as a mentor to junior staff, providing on-the-job coaching and motivation to help them perform at their best.

As an Audit Senior you will:

Be ACA, ACCA, or CA qualified (or equivalent).

Have a working knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.

Demonstrate experience in auditing clients across a variety of industries.

Possess strong experience in coaching and mentoring junior team members.

Be dynamic in your approach and respect diverse opinions within a collaborative team.
